Due to our security rules, our visitors are not allowed to bring binoculars to the tower.

Once you have collected your ticket, you may wait in the café inside the tower, in the activity areas or in our garden.

You may enter the viewing terrace at the time you have booked. However, please note that there may be short delays due to minor delays in current visitors leaving the terrace and depending on visitor numbers.

The estimated waiting time, depending on visitor numbers, is a maximum of 60 minutes.

We have two panoramic elevators, each with a capacity of 10 persons.

Musical instruments are not allowed.

To ensure the safety of our visitors and staff, the following items are not permitted inside the Tower: firearms, sharp or piercing objects, suitcases, rucksacks, bottles, containers, etc. You may continue your visit by handing in your personal belongings at our cloakroom after passing through security screening.

Yes, visitors arriving with pushchairs are permitted entry provided they comply with the specified rules.

Pets are not permitted inside the tower.

To ensure your comfort during your visit, a maximum of X people are permitted on the observation deck at any one time.

No, tickets are also available for purchase on our website.

Tripods and large camera lenses are not allowed.

Yes, a discounted price will be applied for students under 25 and seniors over 65 years old.

Yes, our visitors with disabilities can easily and comfortably visit the Tower.

No booking is required for the café on the 39th floor of our tower, subject to availability; however, you must make a booking for the restaurant on the 40th floor.

You can easily purchase a viewing terrace reservation ticket instantly via our website or at the reception desks at the tower entrance.

Smoking is prohibited in the Tower due to security concerns.

You can pay by cash or credit card.

To avoid any loss of entitlement due to high visitor numbers, we kindly ask that you strictly adhere to the time stated on your ticket.

Your ticket is only valid for the purchase date.

You can purchase tickets from the desks in the Tower foyer and on our website.

No, there are no open areas on our observation decks.

The stairs are only available for emergency evacuation.
